The MBM Destroyit 2360 Super Micro Cut (SMC) high security shredder is equipped with a Safety Protection System (SPS), an easily read rocker switch for control, and casters for mobility. It is approved according to NSA/CSS specification 02-01 and has government GSA pricing available. The compact size is perfect for a desk side personal shredder, or to be shared by a few people.
The Destroyit 2360SMC level 6 shredder has a throat size of 9 ½", a sheet capacity of up to 7 sheets (varies with grain, size, and paper weight) and a speed of 14 feet/minute. The SPS feature includes a shield over the feed opening which, when moved out of position, stops the cutting knives rotation immediately to prevent injury. The “Easy Switch" control lights up when the shredder is turned on, and also features a reverse function to guard against paper jams or other accidents. The unit is located on casters for simple relocation. It also has a door to make replacing the waste bag easy, while also helping to maintain quiet, dust-free operation.
