The DS-6 high security deployment shredder has a throat size of 10 ¼", a speed of 28 feet/minute, and a capacity of up to 11 sheets (capacity varies based on grain, size, and quality of paper). The internal automatic oiler eliminates the hassle of manually oiling the cutting cylinders during continual use. The durable, ATA certified front loading case is lined with 2" cross-linked polyethylene foam on all sides, top and bottom, and is fitted with recessed hardware—3 handles and 6 latches. The case is set on heavy duty casters to make mobility of this level 6 shredder easy. It also has a deep removable lid and an automatic start/stop function that operates as soon as paper is placed in the feed opening. It will also automatically stop when the shred bag is full. For added convenience, the shredder can be operated and the residue bag emptied all while the unit is still inside the case.
