Quick Overview of the Datastroyer 1215MS
The Whitaker Brothers Datastroyer 1215 Micro Shred (MS) high security shredder comes fully equipped with an easy control rocker switch, an automatic start/stop function via an electronic eye, a continuous duty motor, standby mode with indicator, thermally protected motor, and a generous 30 gallon cabinet waste capacity. This shredder can be found on our GSA approved contract and meets or exceeds NSA/CSS specification 02-01 for level 6 shredding. The Datastroyer 1215 MS has an easily operated switch which turns the machine on and off, along with having a reverse function in the event of paper jams. There is also an auto stop function when the shred container is full or when the door is open. The continuous duty motor provides added convenience, as does the standby mode with a display. The high volume 30 gallon capacity waste bin prevents having to change the bag frequently while shredding up to 8 sheets at once at a speed of 34 feet/minute. This shredder has a forgiving, 12" throat width with the ability to shred disorderly piles of paper.
