Description of the HSM 390.3 High Security Paper Shredder
The HSM 390.3 high security paper shredder is great for level 6/P-7 shredding with its automatic oiler, large, 16" throat size, automatic functions, stand-by mode, and spacious 34 gallon waste bin. It is NSA and D.O.D approved for high security paper shredding. The HSM 390.3 has 16" throat size perfect for shredding disorderly stacks of paper 7-8 sheets thick. It has an automatic on and off function via an electronic eye so it will automatically begin shredding when paper is placed in the feed opening. There is also a stand-by mode that is indicated by an LED light, along with on/off and reverse buttons. The shredder will automatically reverse in the event of a paper jam. This level 6/P-7, top secret and classified document shredder features an automatic oiler which oils the cutting shaft so users do not have to manually do it. This allows the machine to always operate at its peak performance level. These high security paper shredders are approved to meet NSA/CSS specification 02-01.
