Description of the Datastroyer 310 Data Disintegrator
The Datastroyer 310 Data Disintegrator is NSA Evaluated and Listed on the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List for Paper, Keytape and CDs. This heavy duty, mid volume disintegrator features a 14" x 24" feed opening that allows for a wide array of materials such as paper, CDs/DVDs, bulky plastics, or even fabrics. The Datastroyer 310 can destroy up to 1,400 pounds per hour, depending upon screen size, knife configuration and type, and the weight of the material. It is NSA rated for Paper, Keytape and CDs at 1,050 pounds per hour.
The Datastroyer 310 features 7 High Chrome/High Carbon knives: 5 rotor and 2 bed, to help break down objects into whatever particle size required. Available screen sizes include 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and larger. For the highest level of security, the NSA evaluated 3/32" screen is recommended. The 310's hinged, drop-down style cradle makes changing the screen size a breeze.
The Datastroyer 310 disintegrator comes standard with the X-3 Twin Bag, Fan-Type Waste Evacuation System. Optional features include an integrated, infeed cleated conveyor system and a Feed Rate Meter that indicates how tough the machine is working and whether it is in danger of overload. For safety, the Datastroyer 310 offers the highest rated enclosures available: NEMA 12 controls. NEMA 12 is intended for indoor use and ensures operator safety and protection of your equipment.
