Description of the Datastroyer DS-7 High Security Deployment Shredder
The DS-7 high security deployment shredder is NSA approved for heavy duty deployment applications. It features an ATA certified case with foam lining, casters for mobility, a removable lid for easy access for repairs, a key lock for additional security, and a rugged metal cabinet for added protection. The DS-7 high security deployment shredder is approved for level 6/P-7 shredding under NSA/CSS specification 02-01 and meets or exceeds those standards.
The ATA certified top loading case is lined with 2" cross-linked polyethylene foam on all sides, top and bottom, and is fitted with recessed hardware. It is also equipped with heavy duty casters to make movement easy. This durable classified document shredder has a strong metal cabinet that fits inside the sturdy case. This key locked shredder also has a top attached by thumb screws allowing easier access for repairs. There is a forgiving 13" throat width to shred disorderly piles with ease and a capacity of up to 20 sheets (varies depending on paper size, grain, and quality).
This shredder can even be operated and have the shred waste bag replaced while it is inside the case.
