Description of the Datastroyer 120 Data Disintegrator
The Datastroyer 120 Data Disintegrator is designed for mid volume applications and is ideal for offices that have outgrown their shredder or have multimedia shredding requirements. The 10 x 12 inch feed opening accepts paper, CDs, DVDs, credit cards, ID badges, and more, easily destroying up to 450 pounds per hour. The high-tech, double-scissor cutting action is perfect for granulating bulky paper or plastics. The 120 features 7 High Chrome, High Carbon D-2 steel knives: 3 rotor and 2 reversible bed knives. These knives shred through the fed material until the pieces are small enough to fit through the chosen screen size. The Datastroyer 120 accepts screens sized 1/4", 1/8", 3/16", 3/32", and larger. The drop-down design facilitates quick and easy screen changes when needed.
The Datastroyer 120 comes standard with the V-1 Vacuum System and can be upgraded with a fan cyclone system to enhance total throughput. For easy maintenance, simply tilt back the hopper to access the rotor and bed knives. This advanced design allows for exceptionally fast and simple servicing. The Datastroyer 120 measures 61" H x 23" W x 32" D, and weighs in at 1,000 pounds. Its small footprint makes the 120 perfect for shipboard use or any other operation with limited space.
