The Whitaker Brothers DS-4 high security deployment shredder meets or exceeds the NSA/CSS specification 02-01 for Level 6/P-7 shredding. It features an auto start/stop via a photo cell and drawer access to shredded material with a safety interlock for additional security. The deployable case is impact resistant and built for hard travel and use. The tabletop DS-4 high security deployment shredder is equipped with an Easy Switch control mechanism for simple on/off functions. This rocker switch also has a reverse element to help prevent paper jams and accidents. This NSA approved shredder has solid shaft cutting cylinders that can process up to 7 sheets (capacity depends on paper grain, size, and quality). The convenient drawer access to the shred waste makes changing the bag on this level 6/P-7 shredder easy, and it comes with a safety interlock on the drawer. It has a weight of only 30 lbs.
